Neil Mozer is the principal officer of Mozer Works, Inc. He has been a general contractor and master carpenter/builder for over twenty years.
He apprenticed in Denver, Colorado, Aargau, Switzerland and around the DC metropolitan region. He has also lived and worked overseas (Macedonia, Kazakhstan, Armenia, East Timor) doing international development programs including agricultural/rural enterprise development, micro-credit, and sustainable agriculture initiatives.
